Товар в целом очень хорошего качества, я в восторге. Заказывала маме. Самое сложное это определиться с нужным цветом, продавец помог, отдельное спасибо за это. Правда когда открыла конверт вначале показался слишком тёмным, но при примерке все сошлось на 100%.Смотрится как свои родные волосы, сейчас хочу и себе такой) единственный маленький недостаток- упаковка в которой лежал сам хвост была со всех сторон порвана, не принципиально в данном случае поскольку заказывали для себя, но если бы брала в подарок то настроение было бы испорчено
